About Moe

Retired person, looking for part time work doing something I love. I have cared for many animals during my life; dogs, cats, goldfish, parakeets and horses.  As well as two kids of my own.

Over the years I have owned a Great Dane, a Beagle,  a German Shorthair, a German Shepherd/Chow mix and a unknown type of Spaniel. Today, I have 4 rescue cats and I  volunteer with the All Paws Rescue.  So all size dogs are welcome and each will receive personalized care.  

I do have a some toys for outdoor play and with your permission we could go to several parks or environmental areas in the region such as: Fletcher's Creek Conservation Area in Pushlinch, Courtcliffe Park in Carlisle and the Crown Land on Safari Rd. , Clappison Woods off Hwy 6 in Dundas and Joe Sam's Leisure Park in Waterdown.  Joe Sam's also includes a fenced off leash dog park, with two areas: one side for small dogs and the other for large ones.  

As a teen, I worked in a stable of American Saddlebreds.  I was taught to groom, exercise and feed them.  Of course when you feed them they produce fertilizer  and I was taught how to deal with that as well.
